- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software
- Modify, decrypt, or create derivative works based on the software
- Circumvent or disable any security features or technical protections
You must follow the Terms and conditions below to continue using NoobGDBot (the "Bot") "bot" refers to the discord application NoobGDBot. "The NoobGDBot Team" refers to the Bots administrator(s) and owner.

1.1. By using NoobGDBot, you agree that you own a legal copy of Geometry Dash.
1.2. If you do not own Geometry Dash and/or are not allowed to use the bot by the NoobGDBot Team, you may not use noobgdbot or it's services.
NoobGDBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to RobTopGames AB. Geometry Dash is a registered trademark of RobTopGames AB.
3.1. The NoobGDBot Team does not warrant that the Bot will be error-free or uninterrupted
3.2. The NoobGDBot Team is not responsible for:
- Misuse of the bot by users
- data loss or service interruptions
- content uploaded by users that violates copyright or other laws
4.1. You agree to use the bot in compliance with Discords Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
4.2. Violation of these Terms may result in:
- Revocation of access to the Bots services/features
- Reporting to Discord for violations of their Terms.
4.3. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the bot at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
5.1. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload via NoobGDBot
5.2. NoobGDBot and it's Team (Administrators and Owner) are not responsible for:
- inappropriate, offensive, or illegal audio uploaded by users
- copyright infringement committed by users
5.3. if you encounter inappropriate or prohibited content, report it to the NoobGDBot Team (See section 9 of this article).
6.1. We do not claim ownership of any songs uploaded via NoobGDBot.
6.2. Users retain all rights to the audio files they upload.
6.3. By uploading, you grant NoobGDBot the limited right to store and serve the file for the purpose of providing the Bot's functionality.
7.1. The bot, its features, website design, and functionalities are owner by the owner of the NoobGDBot Team (under the alias "Elektrick").
8.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
8.2. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of Terms.

By using NoobGDBot, you acknowledge all above Terms, no matter if you have read them fully or not.
11.1. NoobGDBot collects the following data for functionality:
- Discord UserIDs - To identify users
- Discord ServerIDs - To save server specific settings
- Discord UserNames - Display purposes.
- Discord Profile Pictures - Display purposes
- Uploaded Audio files - To provide on demand access
11.2. Data is NOT provided to third parties or used for marketing purposes.
11.3. Uploaded Audio files are stored for up to a year or until you request file deletion.
11.4. You may request data deletion through our support contacts (Supplied on section 9 of this article)
11.5. By uploading Audio files, you acknowledge they will be stored for up to a year or until you ask for data deletion (view section 9 of this article).
